       Service Standards:

2)      Prepare CMA and pricing recommendations by analyzing recently sold properties, expired listings, pending sales and review homes for sale in your market area. 

3)      Continuous analysis on property values in your neighborhood throughout listing agreement.

4)      Take digital photos of the property.

5)      Prepare a highlight sheet of the property, listing all features and benefits.

6)      Submit the property to the Multiple Listing Service, and feature your property on the Internet at: VegasHomeLink.com, LasVegasRealtor.com, Realtor.com.

7)      Prepare and submit ad for newspaper advertisement, four lines, Sunday edition, through out the listing agreement (not to exceed $650.00).

8)      Pre-qualify all buyers (when possible) that I personally show the property to.

9)      Offer financing solutions to prospective buyers (in house lender is Mortgage One.

10)  Follow up with all potential buyers.

11)  E-Mail marketing.  Distribute the property highlight flyer to realtors® from all other real estate offices (Approximately 5400 agents).

12)  Make available instructions for showing appointments.

13)  Make suggestions on preparing your home for showing.

14)  Hold an open house when possible and mail Just Listed post cards in your neighborhood.

15)  Generate further publicity by installing a professional “Realty One Group” lawn sign.

16)  Install an electronic key safe lockbox to ensure the most showings by all REALTORS® (At your request.

17)  Follow up with Realtors® who have visited the property for their remarks.

18)  Report to you, and update all information relating to your home weekly.

19)  Consultation throughout listing agreement.

20)  Evaluate all offers and negotiate in your best interest for the most beneficial contractual agreement.

21)  Provide consultation and necessary closing information.

22)  Inspect preliminary escrow instructions.

23)  Accompany you to closing if necessary.
